I was suffering from extreme lumbar back pain and numbness/tingling radiating to my lower left extremity. I had a MRI that showed a herniated disk. I work in healthcare and the pain became so severe, I could barely get through my work day and could no longer exercise. I tried steroid injections, PT, and acupuncture… nothing worked. After a referral from a colleague to Dr. Green at Momenta Chiropractic, things finally started improving. My number one goal before starting treatment was to be pain-free again. However, being able to regain my mobility and to be able to workout again were also extremely important to me. Now after 3 months of treatment, I can say that I accomplished these goals. The 1-on-1 customized care and focus on my specific lifestyle made a huge difference. That was the missing piece from all the other providers I went to prior to seeking help at Momenta Chiropractic. They were available to me around the clock with any questions I had or if I needed adjustments to my therapy in between treatments. As well, they were extremely flexible with scheduling. Now 3 months later, I am back to my baseline activity level. I am able to work, exercise and no longer have to take around the clock Advil to get through the day. Dr. Green was not only able to get me back to my baseline activity level and get rid of my pain, but he also instilled in me the foundations of good body mechanics; giving me the tools to prevent future injuries. Three months ago I was nervous I would need back surgery. I was terrified and lost a lot of my confidence in my body’s ability to heal. With the right guidance, treatment and therapy, I was back to my baseline. I absolutely would recommend Momenta Chiropractic.

Momenta Chiropractic is nothing short of amazing! I have been working with Dr. IIan Green for about 5 weeks and it’s been a blessing! I am extremely happy with my experience at Momenta. I had a hip/groin injury that just kept getting worse or would get a little better and I would injure it again. I am very active and found it super frustrating. Dr. Green was able to really listen to and understand my experience. Based on that, he offered me exercises and and explained the mechanics of the difficulty. After months of discomfort I was amazed at how quickly the combination of adjustments, exercises, and “pointers” that Momenta offered had me back to moving confidently and without pain. What a great practice, both Ilan and Joanna are incredibly patient, thoughtful, and kind. They care significantly more about addressing root causes than providing “band aid” solutions to make you feel better in the moment. Identifying healthy and unhealthy patterns in movement, lifestyle, and day to day functioning, with their guidance, is so helpful to making the kinds of changes I needed to make. With this in mind, they do provide immediate relief from acute issues, but always frame the information within a greater context in an effort to guide better health. I am grateful for their care and professionalism.
I had back pain for about 6 months. The pain was so uncomfortable I wasn't able to golf, and even keeping up with my two year old daughter proved challenging. I went to Main Line Health for Physical Therapy based off of prescription from my doctor. The PTs and PTAs there were fine, but didn't actually address any systemic issues I was having that was causing me pain. After my consultation call with Dr. Green I knew that Momenta would be the place to get me back to where I needed to be. Dr. Green provides manual manipulation but more importantly is able to walk me through exercises and movements to help strengthen the damage I had caused to my back, He also provides weekly and bi weekly updates to your rehab plans as well as video instructions to reference. Not only am I pain free, I am more flexible and have the knowledge on how to be thoughtful in my movements to prevent further injury. I'm back to golfing and running circles around my two year old! I could not recommend Momenta and Dr. Green enough, it has been a life changing experience and one I am truly grateful for.
I ruptured my Achilles a little over a year ago, and had surgery followed by 6 months of physical therapy to get back to walking again. After those 6 months I still didn't feel nearly like "myself" again and could barely do a calf raise, let alone get back to my favorite things like sprinting, jumping, playing basketball and football again. In February 2025 | called Momenta and worked with Dr Green consistently every week on exercises that were tailored specifically to my goals that would get me back to feeling explosive again, and doing all the things I loved!
